1. About these Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and U Educate ("U Educate", "we", "us"), operator of the U Educate online learning platform at you-educate.com. By enrolling, creating or using an account, or purchasing any course, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, Cookie Policy, and Acceptable Use Policy.

If you are enrolling on behalf of a student who is under 18, you confirm that you are their parent or legal guardian (or an authorised school representative) and that you accept these Terms on their behalf.

2. Accounts & access

When a place is purchased for a student, U Educate issues login credentials by email. You are responsible for keeping those credentials confidential and for all activity under the account. Tell us immediately if you suspect any unauthorised use.

Accounts are personal and non-transferable. One account is for one enrolled student and may not be shared.

3. Courses & content

U Educate provides online courses, lessons, assignments, quizzes, and related learning materials. We may update, add, or retire course content to keep the curriculum accurate and current. Where content is marked as coming soon or locked, it becomes available as it is released.

All course materials are licensed to you for personal, non-commercial study only. You may not copy, record, redistribute, resell, publicly post, or create derivative works from any part of the platform or its content.

4. Fees & payment

Course fees are shown at enrolment. Payments are processed securely by our third-party payment provider, Paymob. U Educate does not receive or store your full card details. A purchase is confirmed only once the payment provider notifies us that it has been completed.

You agree to provide accurate billing information and confirm you are authorised to use the chosen payment method.

5. Refunds

Course access is a digital service delivered immediately on activation. Except as required by applicable law, fees are non-refundable once access has been granted. Please read our Refund & Cancellation Policy in full before you purchase.

6. Acceptable use

Your use of the platform is subject to our Acceptable Use Policy. In short: use U Educate lawfully, respectfully, and only for your own learning, and do not attempt to disrupt, misuse, or gain unauthorised access to the service.

7. Intellectual property

The platform, its software, design, trademarks, and all course materials are owned by U Educate or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. No rights are granted to you except the limited right to access and study the content you have paid for while your enrolment is active.

8. Availability & changes

We aim to keep the platform available and working well, but we do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may perform maintenance, and we may modify or discontinue features. We may also update these Terms; the current version is always posted here with the date it took effect.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, U Educate is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, or for loss of data, arising from your use of the platform. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, and any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its competent courts.
