Acceptable Use Policy

1. Use the platform for learning

U Educate is provided for genuine, personal study by enrolled students. Please use it respectfully and lawfully.

2. You must not

• Share your account or let anyone other than the enrolled student use it.
• Copy, download in bulk, record, redistribute, resell, or publicly post course materials.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the platform, other accounts, or our systems.
• Upload malware, attempt to disrupt or overload the service, or probe it for vulnerabilities without our written permission.
• Use the platform to harass, abuse, or harm others, or to post unlawful or offensive content.
• Cheat on assessments, impersonate others, or misrepresent your identity.

3. Academic integrity

Assignments and quizzes are meant to reflect the student's own work. Submitting others' work as your own or manipulating results undermines the learning the platform is built for.

4. Enforcement

If you breach this policy we may suspend or terminate access, with or without notice depending on the severity, and report unlawful activity to the authorities. Termination for a breach does not entitle you to a refund.
